How an enquiry works
You see the route before the cargo moves. Here is the order things happen in.
-
You send the details
Tell us what the cargo is, how much, where it starts, where it must go and when it is ready. The enquiry page lists exactly what helps.
-
We lay out the route
We confirm the mode, the steps and the documents the shipment needs, in plain words, and tell you what we still need from you.
-
You approve the plan
We send the arrangement by email. Nothing is booked until you agree to it.
-
We book and coordinate
We place the booking, coordinate the parties involved and keep you informed by email as the shipment moves.
