The law that applies
We handle personal data in line with Indonesia's Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form or write in an email to us: your name, company, email address, phone number if you give one, and the details of your shipment (service, mode, origin, destination, cargo description, ready date and your message). We also receive the date and time of the enquiry. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
To read your enquiry, reply to you, prepare a quote or plan, and keep a record of what was discussed. We do not sell your details. We do not use them for marketing that you did not ask for.
Who sees it
Your enquiry reaches us by email, in our mailbox hosted by Hostinger. The online enquiry form, when it is switched on, delivers to the same mailbox. If we need to ask a carrier, customs broker, insurer or another party to price or arrange your shipment, we share only the shipment details they need for that job. We may share data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails and form messages for 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you go ahead with a job, we keep the records the law requires (tax, customs, accounting) for as long as it requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Write to info@truevisionshipping.com from the email address you used, and say what you would like. We will reply by email. You may also complain to the Indonesian authority responsible for personal data protection.
Keeping it safe
We limit who can read enquiries and we ask the parties we share with to look after the details. No method of sending data over the internet is perfectly safe, so please do not put passwords or payment card details in an enquiry.

If we change this notice, the new version will appear on this page.
