What the company is for
Moving cargo is full of small steps, and delays and disputes often start where one step meets the next. True Vision Shipping exists to arrange shipping and logistics so that the whole route is clear before the cargo moves: the mode, the parties, the documents and the steps. We arrange sea, inter-island, bulk, project, air and land cargo under one enquiry.
How we work
Every enquiry follows the same order.
-
Enquiry
You send the cargo details. The enquiry page lists what helps.
-
Review
We read the details and ask for anything missing.
-
Plan
We set out the route, the steps and the documents in plain words, and say which parts are handled by licensed parties, such as customs brokers and insurers.
-
Approval
You agree the plan. Nothing is booked before that.
-
Booking
We book with the carriers and others involved.
-
Coordination
We keep the parties in step and keep you informed by email.
-
Delivery
We coordinate delivery and the handover of documents.
See each step in detail or read the questions and answers.
Licensed work, done by licensed parties
Some work in shipping needs a licence. Customs clearance is handled by licensed customs brokers (PPJK). Insurance is arranged with insurers. Surveys are carried out by independent surveyors. Dangerous goods are handled through carriers and specialists who accept them. We coordinate these for you and tell you who does what.
