How we work
Every enquiry follows the same order, so you always know what happens next. At each step: what you do, what we do, and what you receive.
-
Enquiry
- You
- Send the cargo details: what it is, how much, how it is packed, where it starts and ends, and when it is ready.
- We
- Read the enquiry and note what is missing.
- You receive
- An email reply.
-
Review
- You
- Answer any questions about the cargo, the dates or the contract.
- We
- Check the mode, the equipment and the documents the shipment needs.
- You receive
- A short list of questions, if any.
-
Plan
- You
- Read the plan and ask about anything unclear.
- We
- Set out the route leg by leg, the documents, the steps, and which parts are handled by licensed parties such as customs brokers and insurers.
- You receive
- The plan and the quote, in plain words.
-
Approval
- You
- Agree the plan, or ask for changes.
- We
- Wait. Nothing is booked before you agree.
- You receive
- A confirmed plan.
-
Booking
- You
- Prepare the cargo and the documents you hold.
- We
- Book with the carriers and the other parties involved, and confirm the dates.
- You receive
- Booking details by email.
-
Coordination
- You
- Have the cargo ready on the agreed date.
- We
- Keep the parties in step at each handover and keep you informed by email.
- You receive
- Updates by email at the main steps.
-
Delivery
- You
- Receive the cargo and check it.
- We
- Coordinate delivery and the handover of documents.
- You receive
- Delivery and the shipping documents.
What holds at every step
- Nothing is booked without your agreement. The plan comes first.
- Licensed work is done by licensed parties. Customs clearance by licensed customs brokers (PPJK), insurance by insurers, surveys by independent surveyors. We tell you who does what.
- Unknowns are named. If something cannot be confirmed yet, such as a sailing date or a port's equipment, the plan says so.
- Updates come by email. At the main steps, in plain words.
Start with step one.
