The questions shippers ask most before they send an enquiry, answered plainly.

About the company

What does True Vision Shipping do?

We arrange shipping and logistics: ocean freight, shipping between Indonesian islands, dry bulk and chartering, project and heavy cargo, air freight, land transport, customs coordination, insurance and warehousing. See all services.

Where are you registered?

PT True Vision Global is an Indonesian limited liability company (PT) registered in Jakarta. The registered office is at CIBIS Nine Building, 11th Floor (Lt. 11), Jl. TB Simatupang No. 2, South Jakarta 12560. See contact.

How do I reach you?

By email at info@truevisionshipping.com. For a quote, use the enquiry page.

Quotes and enquiries

What do you need to quote?

The cargo, its weight and volume, how it is packed, the origin and destination, the ready date and the Incoterm. The enquiry guide explains each one.

How long does a quote take?

We reply by email. How long a full quote takes depends on the cargo and the route: a standard container is quicker to price than a charter or a heavy-lift move. If we need more details, we ask.

Is anything booked when I send an enquiry?

No. We send the plan first. Nothing is booked until you agree to it. See how we work.

Which Incoterm should I use?

That is agreed between buyer and seller in the sales contract. It decides who arranges and pays for each part of the trip. The shipping terms page explains the eleven rules, and we can read your contract line with you.

Customs, insurance and special cargo

Do you handle customs clearance?

We coordinate it. Customs declarations in Indonesia are filed by licensed customs brokers (PPJK) or by the importer or exporter. We prepare and check the documents and work with the broker.

Can you arrange cargo insurance?

Yes. We arrange cover with insurers, explain the terms offered, and arrange the policy or certificate you choose. We are not an insurer.

Can you move dangerous goods?

Dangerous goods move only with carriers and specialists who accept their class. Send the UN number, the class and the safety data sheet, and we will tell you what is possible.

Can you move cargo between Indonesian islands?

Yes: containers, general cargo and bulk, with collection and delivery by road. See shipping across Indonesia.

During the shipment

How will I know where my shipment is?

We send updates by email at the main steps. We do not offer an online tracking portal.

What if something changes?

Sailings, flights and road conditions can change. If they do, we tell you by email what changed and what it means for the plan.

What if cargo arrives damaged?

Note the damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and tell us at once. If the cargo is insured, we tell you what the insurer needs for a claim.
